Tonight is Sr. Night and our Annual "Pink Out" for Lady Wildcat Volleyball! Games get started at 3:30pm with 7th, 8th, C, B and A at Maddock against Nelson County. Wear your Pink and Cheer on these ladies in their Regional Match up!

Last few weeks the Invention and Innovation class have been working on designing trebuchets (a medieval defense invention). This form of catapult was used to launch giant boulders at castles and military defenses. Our students were launching golf balls at erasers at a short, medium, and long distance. Your winners are Kaiden Jackson and Aiden Thomas.

We will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair during Parent/Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 16th from 3:30 - 9:00 PM. The book fair will also be open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:20 to 4:30 the following week. Please stop by the library/art room to check out all the great books.
New this year is "Share the Fair" where people can round up and/or donate to support our students who need help buying books from the fair. Our goal is to be able to give each elementary student a book this year.
Thanks for your support.

Reminder, parent/teacher conferences are rescheduled for Wednesday, October 16th from 4:00 to 9:00 PM. We are sorry for the inconvenience this causes, but with volleyball scheduled that night, we wanted to make sure all our parents were available.
High School conferences will be held in each individual teacher's classroom. They are on a first come first serve basis. If a teacher is in the middle of a conference, please wait in the designated area outside their classroom until they have finished their conference.
Elementary conferences are scheduled conferences at specific times. Please sign up on the attached link for a conference time with the appropriate teacher for your child(ren). Please note Mrs. Dunlap's times are different due to a prior engagement. If these times don't work, please arrange for an alternate date with Mrs. Dunlap.
We can't wait to visit with all our parents at conferences.
