Our first graders became fairy tale engineers! 🏰
After their fairytale unit, students worked in teams to design a way to rescue her from the tower. From planning to building to problem-solving, their creativity truly shined! 💡
We loved watching them think, try, fix, and succeed! We had creative ways from ladders to seesaws and even tunnel slides! Great job first graders!

Please contact us at the school for more information about these positions.

Reminder there is NO school tomorrow due to Good Friday but we will have school on Monday, April 6th as a makeup day for the State Girls BB tournament. Have a great Easter break!

As we all know, spring weather in North Dakota can be a bit unpredictable! 🌦️❄️ With changing conditions from day to day, please continue to send your child with appropriate outdoor gear—this may include snow gear, jackets, and mud boots.
It is also that time of year when things get a little messy. Our playground is currently quite muddy, and while we do our best to guide students away from the worst areas, it is not always possible to avoid. Please expect that students may come home with mud on their jackets.
We appreciate your understanding, as outdoor recess is important for our students, and we will continue to go outside whenever possible rather than keeping students in due to muddy conditions.
Thank you for your continued support!

Exploring the Water Cycle!
The second grade students had fun becoming little scientists as they learned about cycles in nature. They created their very own "cloud" using a cup of water and shaving cream. Then they carefully added blue drops of water and counted to see how much the cloud could hold before it released precipitation- just like real clouds do. They were surprised when the "cloud" held 117 drops before it started to rain. They love making science come alive!
